Mahesh is the Co-founder and the CEO of the company. After graduating from NITK-Surathkal with a degree in Chemical Engineering, he joined Modelytics as a business analyst in 2005. He flew to the USA to pursue a master's in analytics from North Carolina State University in 2007 and then joined Barclays Bank as a credit risk analyst in their New York City office soon after his graduation. At Barclays, Mahesh built machine learning models for the South African and Scandinavian portfolios. After three years in the banking domain, Mahesh joined Genworth Financials (a mortgage insurance company) in Raleigh, North Carolina, as Director Risk Modeling. He managed the credit risk models for Genworth's Australia, Canada, Europe, Mexico, and India portfolios. Mahesh has lived in the USA for around ten years before moving to India and eventually starting his own business.
Pavan is a Co-founder of AspireGrad. He completed his undergraduate degree at NITK Surathkal and earned an MBA from IIM Indore. He has a rich and diversified work experience spanning multiple business domains and expertise in the areas of Program Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Digital Marketing, and Data Architecture. He led and successfully executed various large-scale projects using agile methodology and coached various teams as a scrum master.
He designed the architecture for AspireGrad's (UniAway) AI-powered platform and led the team through the end-to-end development lifecycle. Designed and implemented the Marketing and Operations strategy for AspireGrad.
